I am a licensed clinical social worker in Kansas City who is ready to support you on your healing journey.

Therapy with me is relational and collaborative - I believe in the power of autonomy and choice as well as the fundamental interdependence of humans.​
When I say therapy is relational, I mean that I work to create a space where you feel understood and where we can welcome all parts of you. I also mean that we are able to talk about the relationship we are building and what feels new versus what might feel familiar. I pay attention to early experiences with your caregivers as a way to understand your patterns of relating to yourself and to others.​​
